Con el Boeing  737-200 inicio Lan-Perú  sus operaciones en el Perú,cuatro aeronaves de este tipo operaron con esta compañia, el VP-BBL, VP-BBM (bautizado con el nombre de (Pachacutec),VP-BBO,y VP-BBP(Bautizado Inti Raymi) ,aunque esta aeronave es una muy plataforma de trabajo,ha llegado a asi al final de su vida operativa despues de casi treinta años de servicios comerciales y llega en determinadas operaciones en sus limites operacionales y comerciales, por ejemplo, en el Cuzco, a una altitud de 10,700 pies y usualmente con vientos de cola, estaba limitado a un maximo 85 pasajeros                                                            

With the four Boeing 737-200 started Lan-Perú the Operations in Perú, the aircraft used the registrations VP-BBL, VP-BBM (Named Pachacuted), VP-BBO and the VP-BBP (named Inty Raymi).                                         After more that 30 years in service, those aircraft have reached its operational and financial cealing and were replaced with the more modern Airbus 320, the 737 were very limited in high altitude airport operations allowing for example to transport only 85 passengers to and out of airports like Cuzco.
