Los DC-4(C-54-DC) usados por PIA, lucieron un terminado en aluminio pulido, típico de la epoca, con algunas marcas en blanco y rojo (colores nacionales del Perú) incluyendo la bandera peruana al lado de la puerta tracera así como textos en negro y rojo, el numero de matricula fue usado sobre el ala izquierda y bajo el ala derecha así como el logo “PIA” en los planos inversos, seis aeronaves fueron operaradas por esta compañia durante su corta vida operativa:

The six DC-4 (C-54-DC) used by PIA wore a polished aluminium finish with some logo and decos in red and white (national peruvian colors) as well as black and red markings plus a peruvian flag beside the door in the rear fuselage and opposite, the registrations were also painted on the right upper wing and the lower left and the lettering “PIA” on the inverse side, the registrations used by PIA´s aircraft are shown above.
