Aeroperú operó dos Fokker F-27 MK 600 en su red de rutas nacionales, durante el tiempo de espera de sus dos aeronaves encargadas             se fletó una Aeronave de la compania danesa Maersk, esta utilizo el esquema de pintado mostrado en este gráfico. La foto posterior          muestra la aeronave durante la ceremonia de inaguración de los servicios con este tipo de avión Los tres aviones operados por            Aeroperú llevaron los registros OB-R-1072, OB-R-1042 y OB-R-1082
