El Fokker F-27 MK-600, por los mecanicos y tripulaciones cariñosamente llamado “chinchilejo”, o traducido del quechua, “Libelula”. Fue adquirido por Aeroperú con la intención de unír distintos puntos en el valle del Huayaga      en operaciones amazonicas, fue operado hasta principios de los años ochenta y luego fue incomprensiblemente vendido a operadores de carga en norteamerica dejando detras de sí un enorme vacío.

 El Fokker F-27 MK-600 called “chinchilejo”by ground and air crews, it means dragonfly in quechua, the ancient language of the incas, the aircraft was bought by Aeroperú to operate different destinations along the Huayaga river valley in amazonic operations, was operated until the beginnigs of the 80´s and finally selled to an freigther operator  in the United States leaving lot of good remains and greatful crews behind.
